摘要:本实用新型提供一种热膨胀实验装置,它包括有机箱、在其上面设有氦氖激光器光源、无补偿板迈克耳孙干涉光路、加热炉和温控系统及被加热的试件,在所述无补偿板迈克耳孙干涉光路上设有动镜,该动镜是干涉光路与所述被加热的试件的结合部,所述动镜的背面中央粘接有一个石英管,该管的另一端粘接有一个带螺纹的连接件,该连接件的外螺纹与所述被加热的试件一端设有的内螺纹相配合。本实用新型热膨胀实验装置与同类仪器相比,将同类仪器待测材料长度由几十至一百厘米,缩短到13~15厘米,并为进一步缩短准备了有利条件。测得的线膨胀率与标准值相比,相对误差普遍<2.5%,大多<1.5%,对其他应用也极具参考使用价值。

Abstract: A thermal expansion experimental facility includes a machine box and a helium neon laser illuminating source, a michelson interference light path without the offset board, a heating furnace, a temperature control system and a heated test part are equipped on the machine box. A movable reflector is equipped on the michelson interference light path without the offset board. The movable reflector is the combined portion of the interference light path and the heated test part. A quartz capsule is adhered to the centre of the back of the movable reflector. A connecter with the thread is adhered to the other end of the quartz capsule. The outer thread of the connecter is matched with the inner thread at one end of the heated test part. Compared with the homogeneous apparatus, the thermal expansion experimental facility shortens the length of the material which is from ten centimeters to one hundred centimeters to be measured by the homogeneous apparatus to 13-15 centimeters and prepares the favorable condition to further shorten the length. Compared with the standard value, the fractional error of the measured line expansion rate is generally smaller than 2.5% and is mostly bigger than 1.5% and the measured line expansion rate is provided with reference and usage value to other application.
