摘要:本实用新型属于强化液-液快速微观混合反应装置的技术领域,具体是一种三喷嘴撞击流结构以及三喷嘴撞击流—旋转填料床装置,解决目前液、液快速反应在不等量进料的情况下所引起的微观混合不均匀、效果差的问题。三喷嘴撞击流结构,包括进料管I、进料管II和进料管III并排设置,进料管I和进料管III为尾部带有弯头的直管,进料管I喷嘴与进料管III喷嘴相对设置。三喷嘴撞击流—旋转填料床装置,包括旋转填料床和上述的三喷嘴撞击流结构,三喷嘴撞击流结构固定于转子的空腔内。本实用新型具有不等量进料均匀混合、快速反应、反应时间短、处理量大的优点,尤其适用于工业上反应体系物料比不为1的不等量进料的快速反应以及有一定黏度特性的反应体系。

Abstract: The utility model belongs to the technical field of forced liquid-liquid quick micromixing reaction devices, and particularly relates to a three-nozzle impinging stream structure and a three-nozzle impinging stream-rotary packed bed device, solving the problems of non-uniformity in micromixing and poor effect caused by a liquid-liquid quick reaction under the condition of in-equal feeding. The three-nozzle impinging stream structure comprises a feeding pipe I, a feeding pipe II and a feeding pipe III which are arranged in parallel, wherein the feeding pipe I and the feeding pipe III are straight pipes with bends at tail parts, and nozzles of the feeding pipe I and the feeding pipe III are oppositely arranged. The three-nozzle impinging stream-rotary packed bed device comprises a rotary packed bed and the three-nozzle impinging stream structure, wherein the three-nozzle impinging stream structure is fixed in a cavity of a rotor. The three-nozzle impinging stream-rotary packed bed device has the advantages of in-equal feeding and uniform mixing, quick reaction, short reaction time, and large treating amount, and is especially suitable for a reaction system which has quick reaction of in-equal feeding with a material ratio not being 1 of the reaction system in the industry and has a certain viscosity characteristic.
