摘要:一种微机械驱动光信号的调制技术,基于迈克尔逊干涉原理,利用压电材料作为微机械驱动部件对光信号进行振幅调制。采用微型化迈克尔逊干涉光路,适用于光纤信号传输系统。低压调制信号经放大器放大后驱动压电器件伸缩形变进行微机械振动,同时带动迈克尔逊干涉光路中的反射镜同步位移运动,以调制迈克尔逊干涉光路中相干光束的光程和位相,使相干光束干涉光强增强或衰减,并随低压调制电信号同步变化,从而实现光信号调制。其有益效果是:提供了一种性能稳定、成本低廉适用于光纤信号传输系统的微机械光纤传输信号调制方法。满足了人们对低端光纤调制器性能的需求。

Abstract: A kind of modulation technique that micro-engine driving the optical signal is based on Michelson's interference theory. It uses piezoelectric material as the micro-engine drive part and has a swing modulation to the optical signal. It adopts the micromation Michelson's interference light path and is fit for optical fibre message transmission. After amplification by the amplifier, the low voltage modulation message drives the piezoelectric device to have a dilation and shape change, it is micro-engine libration, at the same time, it also drives the reflector's synchronization displacement moving in the Michelson's interference light path, this can modulate the coherent beam's optical distance and phase in the Michelson's interference light path and make the coherent beam intervene the beam's amplification or attenuation. It has an synchronization change along with the low voltage modulation electricity message and realize the optical signal's modulation. This method's available effect is: it provides one steady capability and low cost micro-engine optical fibre message transmission method which is fit for use on the optical fibre message transmission. It meets the people's demand for low side optical fibre modulator capability.
