摘要：本发明公开了一种高洁净度除尘设备，包括除尘箱、控制面板、进气口、过滤机构、喷淋室和负离子发生器，所述除尘箱底部通过焊接方式固定连接有支撑架，且支撑架底部安装有万向轮，所述控制面板嵌入安装于除尘箱一面，且控制面板一侧设置有透明观察窗，所述进气口设置于除尘箱一侧，且进气口内部安装有过滤网板，所述过滤机构设置于除尘箱内部一侧，且过滤机构上方设置有检修口，所述喷淋室设置于过滤机构一侧，且喷淋室上方设置有喷淋机构，所述负离子发生器设置于除尘箱内部另一侧，且负离子发生器上方安装有紫外线杀菌灯。该高洁净度除尘设备，设置有过滤机构和喷淋机构，过滤机构有效过滤空气中灰尘，喷淋机构便于对空气中灰尘进行喷淋处理。 |

| Abstract： The high-cleanliness dust removal equipment comprises a dust removal box, a control panel, an air inlet, a filtering mechanism, a spraying chamber and a negative ion generator, a supporting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the dust removal box in a welded mode, universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the supporting frame, and the control panel is installed on one face of the dust removal box in an embedded mode; a control panel is arranged in the dust removal box, a transparent observation window is arranged on one side of the control panel, the air inlet is formed in one side of the dust removal box, a filter screen plate is installed in the air inlet, the filtering mechanism is arranged on one side in the dust removal box, an access hole is formed in the upper portion of the filtering mechanism, the spraying chamber is arranged on one side of the filtering mechanism, and the spraying mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the spraying chamber. The negative-ion generator is arranged on the other side in the dust removal box, and an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is mounted above the negative-ion generator. The high-cleanliness dust removal equipment is provided with the filtering mechanism and the spraying mechanism, the filtering mechanism effectively filters dust in air, and the spraying mechanism conveniently sprays the dust in the air. | |
