摘要:本发明公开了一种磁性接枝微粒Fe3O4@SiO2‑PAM的制备方法及其在氨氯地平吸附分离中的应用,属于功能性纳米材料领域。本发明采用自由基聚合法,将功能单体丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝于改性后的Fe3O4磁性纳米微粒表面,制备了对S‑氨氯地平有吸附性能的磁性接枝微粒Fe3O4@SiO2‑PAM。通过考察主要因素对接枝聚合的影响,制备出接枝率最大为176.8mg/g的磁性接枝微粒。该磁性接枝微粒对S‑氨氯地平有较强的吸附作用,吸附量达到241mg/g,重复使用价值高,是分离S‑氨氯地平较理想的一种物质。该材料应用于外消旋氨氯地平提取工业,可以提高药物的治疗效果,可以大大节省工艺流程,有效地降低能耗,减少污染物的排放。 |

Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of magnetic grafted particles Fe3O4@SiO2-PAM and application of the magnetic grafted particles Fe3O4@SiO2-PAM in amlodipine adsorption separation, and belongs to the field of functional nano materials. According to the invention, a free radical polymerization method is adopted, a functional monomer acrylamide (AM) is grafted to the surface of a modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticle, and the magnetic grafted particle Fe3O4@SiO2-PAM with the adsorption performance on S-amlodipine is prepared. By investigating the influence of main factors on graft polymerization, the magnetic grafted particles with the maximum grafting rate of 176.8 mg/g are prepared. The magnetic grafted particle has a strong adsorption effect on S-amlodipine, the adsorption capacity reaches 241 mg/g, the reuse value is high, and the magnetic grafted particle is an ideal substance for separating S-amlodipine. When the material is applied to the racemic amlodipine extraction industry, the treatment effect of the medicine can be improved, the technological process can be greatly saved, the energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the emission of pollutants is reduced. | |
