摘要:本发明提出了一种微粉/玻璃纸全降解复合薄膜的制备方法,公开了在黏胶法生产再生纤维素膜(玻璃纸,Cellophane,CP)的过程中加入无机微粉或有机微粉,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂质和脱气泡,挤出凝固成膜,经水洗、脱硫、漂白、脱盐和塑化处理,干燥制成复合薄膜。微粉源于自然界或者进一步处理得到,储量丰富,价格低廉,且对环境无污染,制备得到的无机或有机微粉/玻璃纸全降解复合薄膜安全无毒,属于绿色包装材料;对比再生纤维素玻璃纸,复合薄膜具备多功能特性以及更快的降解速度和更好的强度与韧性,可应用领域更为宽广,有巨大的市场潜力。 |

Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method of a micro-powder/cellophane full-degradable composite film. The method includes: adding inorganic micro-powder or organic micro-powder in the process of producing regenerated cellulose membranes (cellophane, CP) by an adhesive method, stirring the substances evenly, then performing filtering to remove impurities and bubbles, carrying out extrusion and solidification to form a film, and conducting washing, desulfurization, bleaching, desalination and plasticization treatment, and performing drying to obtain the composite film. The micro-powder is obtained from the nature or through further treatment, is rich in reserves, low in price and free of pollution to the environment, and the prepared inorganic or organic micro-powder/cellophane full-degradable composite film is safe and non-toxic and belongs to a green packaging material. Compared with regenerated cellulose cellophane, the composite film has multifunctional characteristic, higher degradation speed and better strength and toughness, can be applied to wider fields, and has huge market potential. | |
