摘要:本发明提供一种两亲性共聚物自组装复合纳米银粒子的方法。该方法是:采用一种自制的玻璃毛细管三维微流控装置,将两亲性嵌段共聚物和合成纳米银粒子一同引入微流控的微通道中,在聚焦水动力及毛细管力的驱使下使两亲性嵌段共聚物与纳米银粒子自组装复合在一起,得到两亲性嵌段共聚物与银纳米粒子的复合胶束。通过改变微流控水动力条件(外相水流速),进一步优化共聚物胶束与纳米银粒子的复合效果。本发明具有设备制作简单,组装复合过程可控性较好,可通过调整微流控条件优化复合效率等优点,且该方法适用于多种两亲性共聚物及金属纳米粒子,应用范围较广。

Abstract: The invention provides a method for preparing amphiphilic copolymer self-assembled composite nano-silver particles. According to the method, a self-made glass capillary three-dimensional microfluidicdevice is adopted, an amphiphilic block copolymer and synthesized nano-silver particles are introduced into a microfluidic micro-channel together, and are self-assembled and compounded together underthe driving of focusing hydrodynamic force and capillary force, so as to obtain the composite micelle of the amphiphilic block copolymer and the nano-silver particles. The composite effect of the copolymer micelle and the nano-silver particles is further optimized by changing the microfluidic hydrodynamic condition (external-phase water flow rate). The method has the advantages that equipment is easy to manufacture, the controllability of the assembling and compounding process is good, the compounding efficiency can be optimized by adjusting microfluidic conditions, and the like, and the method is suitable for various amphiphilic copolymers and metal nanoparticles and wide in application range.
