摘要:本发明提出一种固态复合电解质膜及其电解质膜制备方法和应用,所述固态复合电解质,其原料按重量百分比包括:水性聚氨酯85‑95%、锂盐1‑10%和氨基石墨烯包覆凹凸棒土1‑5%。其电解质膜的制备方法包括:将水性聚氨酯和氨基石墨烯包覆凹凸棒土混合并搅拌,得到聚氨酯复合物,向所述聚氨酯复合物中加入锂盐,得到锂掺杂的聚氨酯复合物乳液,再烘干成膜,即得固态复合电解质膜。本发明所述固态复合电解质膜采用水性聚氨酯和氨基石墨烯包覆凹凸棒土作为固态复合电解质的材料骨架,不仅赋予电解质在较大温度范围内的高离子电导率,而且还具有良好的机械性能。

Abstract: The invention provides a solid-state composite electrolyte membrane, and a preparation method and application of the solid-state composite electrolyte membrane. The solid-state composite electrolyte comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 85 to 85 percent of waterborne polyurethane and 10 to 30 percent of water, 95%, lithium salt 1- 10% and +-1-5% of aminographene coated attapulgite. The preparation method of the electrolyte membrane comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring waterborne polyurethane and amino graphene coated attapulgite to obtain a polyurethane compound, adding a lithium salt into the polyurethane compound to obtain a lithium-doped polyurethane compound emulsion, and drying to form the membrane to obtain the solid composite electrolyte membrane. According to the solid composite electrolyte membrane disclosed by the invention, waterborne polyurethane and amino graphene coated attapulgite are adopted as a material framework of the solid composite electrolyte, so that the electrolyte is endowed with high ionic conductivity within a relatively large temperature range, and the solid composite electrolyte membrane also has good mechanical properties.
