摘要:本发明公开了一种星载激光器中基于负反馈的温度控制模拟闭环方法及系统,该方法包括如下步骤:将采样供电电压V加在热敏电阻R2和采样电阻R1上,打开激光器;当采样电阻R1上的分压变大至制冷驱动电源的打开阀值时,根据制冷电路控制信号Vc打开制冷驱动电源;当采样电阻R1上的分压变小至制冷驱动电源的关闭阀值VL时,根据制冷电路控制信号Vc关闭制冷驱动电源,此时,激光器温度变高,热敏电阻R2的阻值变小。本发明降低了星载信标光激光器控制电路的功耗和尺寸,提高了星载信标光激光器可靠性。

Abstract: The invention discloses a spaceborne laser device negative feedback-based temperature control simulation closed-loop method and device. The method comprises the following steps of loading a sampling power supply voltage V onto a thermosensitive resistor R2 and a sampling resistor S1 to switch on a laser device; when the divided voltage on the sampling resistor R2 is increased to the opening threshold of a refrigeration driving power source, switching on the refrigeration driving power source according to a refrigeration circuit control signal Vc; when the divided voltage of the sampling resistor R1 is reduced to the closing threshold VL of the refrigeration driving power source, switching off the refrigeration driving power source according to the refrigeration circuit control signal Vc, during which the temperature of the laser device is increased and the resistance of the thermosensitive resistor R2 is reduced. The spaceborne laser device negative feedback-based temperature control simulation closed-loop method can help reduce the power consumption and size of a spaceborne beacon laser device control circuit and improve reliability of a spaceborne beacon laser device.
