摘要：本发明公开了一种砂纹型耐候粉末涂料及其制备方法，所述砂纹型耐候粉末涂料以重量为单位，包括以下原料：基体树脂65‑80份、颜填料25‑40份、固化剂4‑6份、脱气剂0.4‑0.6份、分散剂2‑4份、砂纹剂0.2‑0.4份、增韧剂0.4‑0.6份、增光剂0.4‑0.5份、润湿剂0.3‑0.5份、防腐剂0.2‑0.5份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.4份、光稳定剂0.2‑0.4份，所述砂纹型耐候粉末涂料是经过原料混合、熔解、压片、制粒、粉碎制得的。本发明的砂纹型耐候粉末涂料不含有害重金属，是一种具有较高的抗弯曲、耐冲击及附着力等优良性能的环保型粉末涂料。 |

| Abstract： The invention discloses a sand-textured weather-resistant powder coating and a preparation method thereof. The sand-textured weather-resistant powder coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 to 80 parts of matrix resin, 25 to 40 parts of a pigment filler, 4 to 6 parts of a curing agent, 0.4 to 0.6 part of a degassing agent, 2 to 4 parts of a dispersant, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a sand texturing agent, 0.4 to 0.6 part of a toughening agent, 0.4 to 0.5 part of a gloss enhancer, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a preservative, 0.2 to 0.4 part of an antioxidant and 0.2 to 0.4 part of a light stabilizer. The sand-textured weather-resistant powder coating is prepared by raw material mixing, melting, sheeting, granulation and crushing. The sand-textured weather-resistant powder coating does not contain any harmful heavy metal, and is an environment-friendly powder coating with the performance of higher bending resistance, impact resistance, adhesion and the like. | |
