摘要:本发明公开了一种汽车轴承用铝基合金及其制备方法,该汽车轴承用铝基合金,按照质量百分数的原料包括Pb7.0-12.0%、Fe0.3-1.2%、Si5-12%、Bi0.02-0.08%、Mn0.1-0.4%、B0.003-0.02%、Cr0.05-0.35%、Zn0.4-1.5%,余量为Al。将上述原料按各金属元素的熔点由低到高加入熔炼炉,进行熔炼并不断搅拌,再加入精炼剂,进行精炼并缓慢均匀搅拌,扒去金属液表面的浮渣,静置后进行铸造成型;再经过时效处理即得。本发明原料简单,制备出的汽车轴承用铝合金不仅具有较高的抗疲劳强度、较好的耐磨性,而且具有良好的减磨性与抗咬合性,有效地延长了轴承的使用寿命,且制备工艺简单、易操作,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。 | |
Abstract: The invention discloses an aluminum base alloy for an automobile bearing and a manufacturing method of the aluminum base alloy. The aluminum base alloy for the automobile bearing comprises, by mass percentage, 7.0%-12.0% of Pb, 0.3%-1.2% of Fe, 5%-12% of Si, 0.02%-0.08% of Bi, 0.1%-0.4% of Mn, 0.003%-0.02% of B, 0.05%-0.35% of Cr, 0.4%-1.5% of Zn, and the balance Al. All the metal elements are added to a smelting furnace according to the smelting point in the high-low sequence to be smelted and continuously stirred, then a refining agent is added, the mixture is refined and slowly and evenly stirred, scum on the surface of molten metal is removed, and the molten metal stands still to be cast and molded; and then aging treatment is conducted, and the aluminum base alloy is obtained. The aluminum base alloy is simple in raw material, the manufactured aluminum alloy for the automobile bearing has higher fatigue resistance and good wear resistance, the good wear reduction performance and occlusion resistance are achieved, the service life of the bearing is prolonged, the preparing process is simple and easy to operate, production cost is low, and the aluminum base alloy is suitable for industrial production. | |
