摘要:本发明实施例公开了一种双向双驱动皮带的控制方法和控制系统,皮带两端分别连接有第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,第一变频器和第二变频器对应控制第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,且所述皮带两端高度高于所述皮带连通端高度。通过PLC控制器可以实现两个变频器间的主从控制、且可以互为主从。主变频器为速度控制,从变频器为转矩控制,从两个驱动电机启动到加速至稳定速度后,可以实现两电机的转矩平衡、输出功率平衡和转速平衡,使得皮带在双驱动带动下平稳匀速运行,可以为皮带两端的制粉系统匀速输送煤粉(也可以输送其它物料),而且PLC可以根据皮带两端的喷煤要求,控制两个驱动电机的转向,实现双向打料。

Abstract: The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method and system for a bidirectional and double-drive belt. A first drive motor and a second drive motor are connected with the two ends of the belt respectively. A first frequency converter and a second frequency converter correspondingly control the first drive motor and the second drive motor. The height at the two ends of the belt is larger than that of the communicating end of the belt. A PLC can be used for achieving master-slave control between the two frequency converters and the two frequency converters can be in a master-slave relation mutually. The master frequency converter is used for speed control, and the slave frequency converter is used for torque control. After the two drive motors are started and accelerated to the stable speed, torque balance, output power balance and rotating speed balance of the two motors can be achieved, the belt can stably run at a constant speed under double-drive driving, and coal dust can be conveyed to powder manufacturing systems at the two ends of the belt at a constant speed and other materials can also be conveyed; and in addition, steering of the two drive motors can be controlled through the PLC according to requirements for coal injection at the two ends of the belt, and bidirectional material beating is achieved.
