摘要：本发明涉及涂料技术领域，具体涉及一种塑胶真空电镀产品淋涂面漆，还涉及其制备方法。一种用于塑胶真空电镀产品淋涂工艺施工的面漆，包括清漆或色漆，还包括稀释剂，所述清漆由如下质量百分比的组分组成：1/4秒硝化棉?30~40%、醛酮树脂?10~20%，氨基树脂?3-5%，功能助剂?6.5%~11%，混合溶剂?30~40%。本发明通过对配方中树脂的搭配使用及混合溶剂体系的构建，打破了传统塑胶真空电镀产品主要以喷涂式为主的施工模式，极大地提高了生产施工效率，同时也极大地改善了传统施工方法下漆膜易咬底，易发白，表面效果不佳等缺点。此配方及工艺非常适合同一种颜色的面漆大批量生产施工。 |

| Abstract： The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to shower coating finish paint for a plastic vacuum electroplated product, and a preparation method of the shower coating finish paint. The finish paint for construction of a shower coating process of the plastic vacuum electroplated product comprises varnish or colored paint and a diluent, wherein the varnish comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40 percent of 1/4-second nitro-cotton, 10-20 percent of aldehyde ketone resin, 3-5 percent of amino resin, 6.5-11 percent of a functional aid and 30-40 percent of a mixed solvent. By the matched using of resin in a formula and the construction of a mixed solvent system, a construction mode of main spray-coating of a conventional plastic vacuum electroplated product is broken, and the production construction efficiency is greatly improved; meanwhile, the defects of proneness to lifting, proneness to whitening, poor surface effect and the like of a lower paint film of a conventional construction method are greatly overcome. The formula and the process are quite suitable for large-batch production construction of the finish paint of the same color. | |
