摘要：本发明公开了一种框条，包括框条本体，所述框条本体为压铸而成的纤维板或刨花板，同时，本发明公开了一种框条制作方法，包括木条削片、干燥、施胶、辅装、预压、热压、脱模。能够节省材料：制造1立方米纤维板约需2.5-3立方米的木材，可代替3立方米锯材或5立方米原木，发展纤维板生产是木材资源综合利用的有效途径；本发明通过采用纤维板制作框条本体，能够克服现有的采用原木制作框条本体造成资源浪费的问题，同时，本发明可以采用树木废料或其他植物素纤维制作纤维板，能够有效利用资源、避免材料浪费，并且不易变形、成品质量高、生产方式无污染，生产工艺成熟、材料易降解，可循环、成品无污染，可长期使用。 |

| Abstract： The invention discloses a frame strip. The frame strip comprises a frame strip body, wherein the frame strip body is a fiber board or a shaving board which is formed through die casting. The invention discloses a frame strip producing method. The frame strip producing method comprises the following steps: chipping a wood strip, drying, gluing, installing, pre-pressing, thermally pressing and demoulding. By the frame strip producing method, a material can be saved, that is, 1 cubic meter of fiber boards needs about 2.5-3 cubic meters of wood and can replace 3 cubic meters of sawn wood or 5 cubic meters of raw wood, and development of fiberboard production is an effective way for comprehensively utilizing wood resources. The frame strip body is produced from the fiber board, so that the problem of resource waste caused by producing the frame strip body from the raw wood can be solved; the fiber board can be made of tree scraps or other plant fibers, so that resources can be effectively utilized and material waste can be avoided; the frame strip is unlikely to deform; the quality of a finished product is high; the production way is pollution-free; the production process is mature; the material is easy to degrade and recyclable; the finished product is pollution-free and can be used for a long time. | |
