摘要:本发明提出了一种铝电解用氧化铝的气垫带式输送系统的控制方法,包括以下步骤:联合启动/停止控制步骤:根据预设的联合启动/停止模式控制气垫带式输送系统运行以进行氧化铝由原料库至中间仓之间的传输;在上述联合启动/停止控制步骤中,实时检测气垫带式输送系统是否存在异常,如果存在异常,则由联合启动/停止控制步骤转至分区启动/停止步骤;分区启动/停止步骤:根据预设的分区启动/停止模式控制气垫带式输送系统运行。本发明的实施例能够实现对气垫带式输送系统的联合控制和分区控制,且该控制方法在输送氧化铝时具有输送能力强,无损氧化铝及能耗低的优点,另外,在系统异常时,进行报警以提示工艺人员及时处理,具有较高的安全性。

Abstract: The invention provides a control method of an air cushion belt conveyor system of alumina for aluminum electrolysis. The control method comprises the following steps of: carrying out a joint starting/stopping control step; controlling the air cushion belt conveyor system according to the preset joint starting/stopping mode to convey alumina from a raw material warehouse to a midbin; in the joint starting/stopping control step, detecting whether the air cushion belt conveyor system is abnormal in real time or not, if so, converting the joint starting/stopping control step to a subarea starting/stopping step; carrying out the subarea starting/stopping step: controlling the air cushion belt conveyor system to run according to the preset subarea starting/stopping mode. The embodiment of the invention can realize the joint control and subarea control of the air cushion belt conveyor system, and the control method has the advantages of strong alumina transmission capacity, no damage to alumina and low energy consumption; in addition, when the system is in an abnormal state, an alarm is given to remind personnel of timely processing, so the control method has higher security.
