摘要：本发明公开了一种注填式复式套筒伸缩节。它的技术方案：它包括移动管、限位法兰、限位螺栓、压紧法兰、填料注入螺栓、外套管、填料筒、压紧螺栓，外套管两端内接移动管，两者夹层之间为填料筒，外套管的端口处设有压紧法兰，压紧法兰上设有压紧螺栓，外套管与填料筒重叠处还设有填料注入螺栓，注入螺栓共有四个，对称分布在外套管的两侧，每侧两个，移动管露于外套管外面的一端设有限位法兰，限位法兰通过限位螺栓与压紧法兰连接。本发明具有以下有益效果：注填式设计方便在密封效果减弱时，再次填入密封填料，操作简单方便。而且，滑动表面经电镀硬铬处理，防锈、耐腐蚀、抗磨损、耐高温。双向型特点达到双向补偿作用，增大补偿量。 |

| Abstract： The invention discloses a filler injection type compound sleeve telescopic joint. According to the technical scheme, the filler injection type compound sleeve telescopic joint comprises a movable pipe, limiting flanges, limiting bolts, compressing flanges, filler injection bolts, an outer casing pipe, a filler barrel and compression bolts. The two ends of the outer casing pipe are internally connected with the movable pipe, the filler barrel is arranged on the interlayer between the outer casing pipe and the movable pipe, the compressing flanges are arranged at the ends of the outer casing pipe, the compression bolts are arranged on the compressing flanges, the four filler injection bolts are arranged at the overlapped position of the outer casing pipe and the filler barrel and are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the outer casing pipe, the two filler injection bolts are arranged on each side of the outer casing pipe, the limiting flanges are arranged at the end, exposed of the outer casing pipe, of the movable pipe, and the limiting flanges are connected with the compressing flanges through the limiting bolts. The filler injection type compound sleeve telescopic joint has the following advantages that through the filler injection type design, when the sealing effect is weakened, the joint can be conveniently refilled with sealing filler, and operation is easy and convenient to conduct; the sliding surface is processed through chromium plating, and therefore the joint can resist rust, corrosion, abrasion and high temperature; the two-way compensation action is achieved through the two-way characteristic, and therefore the compensation dosage is increased. | |
