摘要:本发明提供一种苦参碱分子表面印迹聚合物材料的制备方法,利用本方法可制得高性能的苦参碱分子表面印迹聚合物材料,其以硅胶作为基质,机械性能好,适于工业生产;以苦参碱为模板分子,戊二醛为交联剂,采用“先接枝聚合-后交联印迹”的新型分子表面印迹技术制备出苦参碱分子表面印迹聚合物材料,其表面的聚合物薄层内分布有大量的苦参碱印迹空穴,对苦参碱表现出特异的识别选择性与优良的结合亲和性,洗脱性能优良,具有良好的再生与循环使用性能,这对于从植物组织中有效地分离提取药理活性物质,具有明显的参考价值。

Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method of a matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material. The high-performance matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material can be prepared by utilizing the method. The matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material treating silica gel as a matrix has good mechanical properties, and is suitable for the industrial production. The matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material is prepared by adopting a novel molecule surface blotting technology of graft polymerization-crosslinking blotting with matrine as a template molecule and glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent. A large amount of matrine blotting cavities are distributed in the polymer film of the surface of the matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material, so the matrine molecule surface blotting polymer material has a specific identification selectivity and an excellent combination endophilicity to matrine, has an excellent elution performance, and has good regeneration and recycle performances, so the above technical scheme can provide an obvious reference for the effective separation and extraction of pharmacologically active substances from plant tissues.
