摘要:本发明涉及平板显示器领域,本发明公开了一种平板显示器荧光粉烧结后停留时间控制方法,其具体包括以下的步骤:步骤一、每个玻璃基板上附着识别码;步骤二、在烧结炉的出口处设置出炉读码器,用于读取玻璃基板的识别码,并将识别码发送给服务器,服务器记录玻璃基板的识别码以及服务器的当前时间,将这个当前时间作为玻璃基板的出炉时间;步骤三、在整个荧光粉工序的末端设置末端读码器,用于读取通过烧结工序末端的玻璃基板的识别码,并将识别码发送给服务器,服务器将此识别码的出炉时间与当前时间进行比较,得到时间差,判断时间差是否超出了设定的时间阈值。通过此方法控制荧光粉烧结后停留时间。

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of FPDs and discloses a control method of the after-sintering stay time of fluorescent powder of an FPD. The control method the specific steps as follows: 1), an identification code is attached to each glass substrate; 2), an out-furnace code reader is arranged at an outlet of a sintering furnace and is used for reading the identification codes of the glass substrates and sending the identification codes to a server, and the server records the identification codes of the glass substrates and the current time of the server; and the current time is taken as the out-furnace time of the glass substrates; and 3), a tail end code reader is arranged at the tail end of a fluorescent powder process and used for reading the identification code of the glass substrate at the tail end of the fluorescent powder process and sending the identification code to the server, the server compares the out-furnace time of the identification code and the current time, a time difference is obtained, and whether the time difference exceeds a set time threshold value is judged. The method controls the after-sintering stay time of the fluorescent powder.
