摘要:本发明公开了一种用于吸附重金属离子及稀土离子的材料的制备方法,涉及功能性复合微粒。包括以下步骤:硅胶表面化学改性,制得经表面改性的硅胶微粒AMPS-SiO2;将1.2-1.4g的硅胶微粒AMPS-SiO2、80mL蒸馏水、16.54-17.67g单体苯乙烯磺酸钠SSS,在恒压滴液漏斗中加入20mL溶有0.42-0.44g硫酸铈铵和0.3mL浓硫酸的水溶液,混合反应后分离出产物微粒,得到接枝微粒PSSS/SiO2。接枝微粒PSSS/SiO2既具有阴离子聚电解质的特质,又兼具有硅胶微粒优良的力学性质、热和化学稳定性,对重金属离子和稀土离子有较高的吸附性能。

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a material for adsorbing heavy metal ions and rare earth ions and relates to functional complex particles. The method comprises the following steps: performing chemical modification on the surface of silica gel, and preparing silica gel particles AMPS-SiO2 subjected to surface modification; mixing 1.2-1.4g of silica gel particles AMPS-SiO2, 80mL of distilled water and 16.54-17.67g of monomer sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS), adding 20mL of aqueous solution in which 0.42-0.44g of ammonium cerous sulfate and 0.3mL of concentrated sulfuric acid are dissolved into a constant-pressure dropping funnel, carrying out a mixed reaction, and separating product particles to obtain the grafted particle PSSS/SiO2. The grafted particle PSSS/SiO2 has the characteristics of anionic polyelectrolyte, has excellent mechanical property and high thermal and chemical stability of the silica gel particles and has high adsorption performance on the heavy metal ions and rare earth ions.
