摘要:本发明公开了一种高铬耐磨铸铁玻璃模具,包括以下质量百分比的组分:Cr0.8~1.3%、Ti0.15~0.35%、Mo0.2~0.4%、V0.08~0.15%、Mn0.55~0.90%、S<0.03%、P<0.02%、Si1.5~2.9%、其余为Fe和通常的杂质。通过上述方式,本发明提供了高铬耐磨铸铁玻璃模具及其铸造方法,在铸铁玻璃模具中,添加一定比例的Cr可以大大提高其耐磨性、抗氧化性及使用寿命,同时采用2次退火的方法,提高了铸铁玻璃模具的韧。 | |
Abstract: The invention discloses a high-chromium wear-resisting cast-iron glass mold. The mold contains the following components in percentage by mass: 0.8-1.3% of Cr, 0.15-0.35% of Ti, 0.2-0.4% of Mo, 0.08-0.15% of V, 0.55-0.90% of Mn, less than 0.03% of S, less than 0.02% of P, 1.5-2.9% of Si, and the balance of iron and common impurities. Due to the mode, the invention provides the high-chromium wear-resisting cast-iron glass mold and a casting method thereof. A certain ratio of Cr is added in the cast-iron glass mold so as to greatly enhance the wear resistance and the oxidation resistance of the mold and greatly prolong the service life of the mold; and meanwhile, the toughness of the cast iron glass mold is increased by means of annealing twice. | |
