摘要:一种均相催化臭氧化处理酸性有机废水的方法,属于有机废水处理的技术领域。以超重力反应器为气体吸收反应设备,将均相催化剂、臭氧与酸性有机废水同时通入超重力反应器,酸性有机废水进入气体吸收装置前无需调节pH,催化剂为Fe2+,或者Fe2+与H2O2的组合。本发明臭氧利用率提高1-2倍,臭氧消耗与操作成本显著下降,废水降解效果明显提高。

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for treating acidic organic waste water through homogeneous catalysis and ozonation, and belongs to the technical field of organic waste water treatment. The method is characterized in that a hypergravity reactor is used as a gas absorption reaction apparatus; a homogeneous catalyst, ozone and acidic organic waste water are simultaneously introduced into the hypergravity reactor; and the pH value does not need to be regulated before the acidic organic waste water enters the gas absorption device, wherein the catalyst is Fe<2+> or a combination of Fe<2+> and H2O2. According to the invention, the ozone utilization ratio is improved 1-2 times, the ozone consumption and the operation cost are obviously reduced, and the waste water degradation effect is obviously enhanced.
