摘要:本发明提供一种多细胞力学加载装置,所述的加载装置包括上端设有支具的活塞和一个一面开口的加载箱,所述的活塞的规格与加载箱内部规格一致,所述的加载箱底部设有传感器,外部设有信号采集仪。本发明还提供一种多细胞的力学模拟实验平台,所述的实验平台包括如上所述的多细胞力学加载装置、电脑系统和设有夹具的万能材料试验机,所述的多细胞力学加载装置固定于夹具上,所述的电脑系统与万能材料试验机连接。本发明优点在于:利用活塞的上下运动压缩空气以对细胞加载压力,能确保细胞受力均匀,提高测定结果的准确性;采用的是万能材料试验机控制活塞运动,可精确地模拟压力加载过程,且反应灵敏,能模拟复杂的压力变化过程;结构简单,操作简便。

Abstract: The invention provides a multi-cell mechanical loading device. The loading device comprises a piston of which the upper end is provided with a brace and a loading box of which one side is provided with an opening, wherein the specification of the piston is consistent with the internal specification of the loading box; the bottom of the loading box is provided with a sensor; and a signal acquisition instrument is arranged outside the loading box. The invention also provides a multi-cell mechanical simulation experiment platform. The experiment platform comprises the multi-cell mechanical loading device as mentioned above, a computer system and a universal material testing machine with a clamp, wherein the multi-cell mechanical loading device is fixed on the clamp; and the computer system is connected with the universal material testing machine. The invention has the following advantages: through the up-and-down movement of the piston, air is compressed to load pressure to cells, the stress uniformity of the cells can be ensured, and the accuracy of the determination result can be improved; the movement of the piston is controlled by the universal material testing machine, the pressure loading process can be exactly simulated, rapid response is achieved, and a complicated pressure change process can be simulated; and the multi-cell mechanical simulation experiment platform has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation.
