摘要:本发明属于精细化工领域,涉及3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯的合成方法。本发明所述的3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯的合成方法,是由3,5-二甲基苯甲酸与氯化亚砜进行分段反应,经蒸馏回收过量的氯化亚砜,得到高纯度3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯,3,5-二甲基苯甲酸与氯化亚砜的摩尔比为1:1~5。本发明使用氯化亚砜既作为酰氯化试剂又作为溶剂,不需要添加甲苯等有机溶剂,避免了回收溶剂及物料、能源损耗;采用分段反应,制得产品纯度高,色谱含量99.5%以上,无需精制;减少了氯化亚砜的使用量,不仅降低了生产成本,还增加了设备的产能。

The synthetic method of the 3,5-dimethyl benzoyl chloride is characterized in that 3,5-dimethyl benzoic acid and thionyl chloride are subjected to subsection reaction, excessive thionyl chloride is recovered through distillation recovery, high-purity 3,5-dimethyl benzoyl chloride is obtained, and the mol ratio of the 3,5-dimethyl benzoic acid to the thionyl chloride is 1:(1-5). The synthetic method has the advantages that the thionyl chloride is used as chlorization reagents and solvents, the addition of organic solvents such as toluene is not needed, and the solvent recovery and the material and energy source loss are avoided; the subsection reaction is adopted, the prepared product purity is high, the chromatographic content is higher than 99.5 percent, and the refining is not needed; and the consumption of the thionyl chloride is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production capability of equipment is also improved.
