摘要:本发明公开了一种珊瑚状二氧化锡纳米颗粒的制备方法,用于解决现有的二氧化锡纳米粒子制备方法制备二氧化锡纳米颗粒时间长的技术问题。技术方案是配制K2S2O8溶液和SnCl2溶液;将浓HNO3溶液、K2S2O8溶液和SnCl2溶液按体积比1∶2∶2量取,磁力搅拌使之混合均匀;将混合溶液转移到光化学反应仪中,在500W的低压汞灯下紫外光照射并搅拌;将所得产物经过去离子水和乙醇的多次离心清洗、干燥;以1~3℃min-1的速率升温至600℃,保温,得到珊瑚状二氧化锡纳米颗粒。由于采用紫外光辐射锡盐混合溶液,同时辅以热处理的方法,获得了结晶性良好的珊瑚状二氧化锡纳米颗粒,缩短了制备二氧化锡纳米颗粒的时间,制备二氧化锡纳米颗粒的时间由背景技术的15h缩短为2~6h。 |

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing coralline tin oxide nanoparticles, which is used for solving the technical problem that preparing time for tin oxide nanoparticles is long under the condition of existing preparing methods. The technical scheme includes preparing a K2S2O8 solution and a SnC12 solution; selecting a strong HNO3 solution, a K2S2O8 solution and a Snc12 solution on the basis of a volume ratio of 1:2:2, and performing magnetic stirring and even mixing; transferring the mixed solution to a photochemistry reaction apparatus, subjecting to ultraviolet irradiation in the presence of low voltage mercury lamp of 500 watt and stirring; centrifugally cleaning the obtained mixture by deionized water and alcoholic repeatedly and drying; and warming up at a rate of 1-3 DEG C min.-1 to 600 DEG C, keeping the temperature, and obtaining the coralline tin oxide nanoparticles. According to the method, a tin salt mixing solution is subjected to the ultraviolet irradiation, and heat treatment serves as a supplemental method, so that coralline tin oxide nanoparticles with nice crystallinity are obtained, preparing time for the tin oxide nanoparticles is shorten to (2-6) hours from 15 hours which are needed for existing preparing technologies. | |

主权项 | 一种珊瑚状二氧化锡纳米颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(a)配制0.08~0.14mol/L的K2S2O8溶液和0.04~0.12mol/L的SnCl2溶液;(b)将质量分数为65%的浓HNO3溶液、K2S2O8溶液和SnCl2溶液按体积比1∶2∶2量取,磁力搅拌10~20min,使之混合均匀;(c)将混合溶液转移到光化学反应仪中,在500W的低压汞灯下紫外光照射5~60min,同时搅拌;(d)将所得产物经过去离子水和乙醇的多次离心清洗直至pH值为7,60℃干燥;(e)以1~3℃min?1的速率升温至600℃,保温1.5~2.5h,得到珊瑚状二氧化锡纳米颗粒。 | ||||||||||||||||||
