	摘要：本发明涉及电视频道的识别方法，包括步骤：获取电视画面截图；确定所述电视画面截图中的电视台台标匹配区域，或者从所述电视画面截图中截取电视台台标匹配图；从数据库获取电视台台标图形；将所述台标图形代入所述电视画面截图的电视台台标匹配区域或者所述电视台台标匹配图中进行图形检索，获得匹配概率；根据图形检索获得的匹配概率，识别电视频道。与现有技术相比，本发明所请求保护的电视频道的识别方法，不需要从互动电视信号中所包含的频道信息来确定电视机正在播放的节目是属于哪个电视台的哪个频道，也不需要进行频道与收拾频率的匹配，而通过对电视画面上台标的识别来确定即刻播放的电视频道。
	Abstract： The invention relates to a television channel identifying method which comprises the following steps of: acquiring a captured image of a television image; determining a matching area of a television station caption in the captured image of the television image, or capturing a matching graph of the television station caption from the captured image of the television image; acquiring the graph of the television station caption from a database; putting the graph of the television station caption into the matching area of the television station caption in the captured image of the television image, or putting the graph of the television station caption into the matching graph of the television station caption to retrieve the graph to obtain the matching probability; and identifying the television channel according to the matching probability obtained by retrieving the graph. Compared with the prior art, the television channel identifying method applying for protection has the advantages that the channel of the television station playing a program right now can be determined without using the channel information included in an interactive television signal, and the television channel to play the program immediately can be determined by identifying the television station caption on the television image without matching the channel with the audience rating.
