摘要:本发明涉及一种改善开机闪烁的漏极放电装置和方法,装置包括:直流模拟电源,所述直流模拟电源连接单向导通二极管的正极,所述二极管的负极连接存储电容,所述直流模拟电源、所述二极管的负极和面板内薄膜晶体管的栅极关断电源之间连接开关管。方法包括:在面板电源关断时刻,向面板薄膜晶体管的栅极关断电源输入一正电压,使栅极关断电压在一设定时间内大于0V。本发明通过将薄膜晶体管的栅极关断电压在关机时刻瞬间提高,改善薄膜晶体管的漏电特性,不仅使画面闪烁不良率进一步降低,而且避免了面板设计的难度,成本代价很小,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for improving drain electrode discharge of start-up flickering, the device comprises an DC analog power supply which is connected with an anode of one-way conduction diode, a cathode of the diode is connected with a storage capacitance, switch tubes are connected between the DC analog power supply, the cathode of the diode and the grid electrode cut-off power supply of the thin-film transistor in the panel. The method comprises that when cutting off the panel power supply, an positive voltage is inputted to the grid electrode cut-off power supply of the thin-film transistor in the panel to enable the grid cut-off voltage more than 0 V in the setting time. The invention improves the creepage characteristic of the thin-film transistor by increasing the grid electrode cut-off voltage of the thin-film transistor at close-down moment for an instant, not only further reduces the picture flickering defective fraction, but also avoids difficulty of picture design, with low cost and extensive application prospect.
