摘要:本发明提供一种薄膜晶体管、薄膜晶体管阵列基板、显示面板及光电装置。所述的薄膜晶体管,其配置于一基板上。此薄膜晶体管包括一栅极、一介电层、一半导体层、一源极以及一漏极。此外,介电层具有至少一第一介电区块以及至少一第二介电区块。栅极形成于基板上,介电层形成于基板上且覆盖栅极,半导体层则形成于部分介电层上。源极及漏极分别形成于半导体层的部分区域上,以使得位于第一介电区块上方的半导体层未被源极与漏极覆盖,而位于第二介电区块上方的半导体层被源极与漏极覆盖。因此,此薄膜晶体管具有良好的电性。

Abstract: The invention provides a thin film transistor arranged on a substrate, a thin film transistor array substrate, a display panel and a photovoltaic device, wherein the thin film transistor includes a grid, a dielectric layer, a semiconductor layer, a source and a drain electrode. Besides, the dielectric layer, comprises at least a first dielectric block and at least a second dielectric block. The grid is formed on the substrate, the dielectric layer is formed on the substrate for covering the grid, and the semiconductor layer is formed on the partial dielectric layers. The source and the drain electrode are respectively formed on partial regions of the semiconductor layer, to cause the semiconductor layer above the first dielectric block not to be covered by the source and the drain, while the semiconductor layer above the second dielectric block is covered by the source and the drain electrode. Therefore, the thin film transistor has excellent electrical property.
