摘要:一种动态测量垂直力的组合装置,它是由承重梁,剪力传感器,称重传感器,基础梁及其基础设施所组成,采用该种装置可以在基本不改变原有承重结构的情况下,增加了垂直力的量测范围,克服了因线路不平顺、转向架受力中心偏移、采样时间短而波形不能取整等不利因素的影响,保证了运动荷载的移动速度和良好的测量条件,提高了测量精度。

Abstract: The utility model relates to a combined device for measuring dynamic state vertical force, comprising a bearing beam, a shear force sensor, a weighing sensor, a foundation beam and an infrastructure thereof. The combined device for measuring dynamic state vertical force is adopted; under the condition that the original bearing structure is basically not changed, the measurement range of the vertical force is added; the influences of negative factors such as uneven circuit, the shift of the force center of a bogie frame, short sampling time, no possibility of take the integer value of waveforms, etc. are overcome; the travel speed of moving loads and favorable measurement conditions are guaranteed; the measurement precision is increased.
