Abstract: The invention relates to a kind of dispensation and casting method of aluminium, zinc, silicon, manganese, and rare-earth bearing alloy. According to the dispensation of the invention, casted bearing alloy not only has base organization of multiphase structure required by bearing alloy, but also has more outstanding feature of light-mass, high-strength, wear-proof, corrosion-resistant and stainless than babbitt metal and other bearing alloy, therefore, it is more ideal low-speed heavy-load bearing alloy material than babbitt metal and other bearing alloy. The bearing alloy casting technology provided by the invention has fully discarded complex treatment process washing and tining to steel shell before casting in existent art. It used directly casting new technology which is simple in technology, convenient in operation, and very strong in combination.
