摘要:本发明公开了一种阵列结构硅基点阵的制备方法及其应用,所述制备方法包括:在一硅片表面旋涂光刻胶;采用光刻方法在所述硅片表面形成特定尺寸的点样区;采用溶液法在含点样区的所述硅片表面自组装微纳米球;对沉积了微纳米球的所述硅片进行刻蚀,使所述点样区形成微纳米结构阵列;去除所述硅片表面的所述光刻胶;且去除所述硅片表面的所述微纳米球。本发明阵列结构硅基点阵的制备方法所制得的硅基点阵在质谱检测、拉曼检测、生物传感器或者光电探测器中的应用。本发明的硅基点阵在物理、化学、能源、催化、生命科学及信息等领域具有潜在的应用前景。 |

Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an array structure silicon-based dot matrix. The preparation method comprises the steps of spin-coating photoresist on the surface of asilicon wafer; forming a sample application region with a specific size on the surface of the silicon wafer by adopting a photoetching method; self-assembling micro-nano spheres on the surface of thesilicon wafer containing the sample application region by adopting a solution method; etching the silicon wafer on which the micro-nano spheres are deposited, so that a micro-nano structure array is formed in the sample application region; removing the photoresist on the surface of the silicon wafer; and removing the micro-nano spheres on the surface of the silicon wafer. The silicon-based dot matrix prepared by the preparation method of the silicon-based dot matrix with the array structure is applied to mass spectrum detection, Raman detection, biosensors or photoelectric detectors. The silicon-based dot matrix has potential application prospects in the fields of physics, chemistry, energy, catalysis, life science, information and the like. | |
