摘要：本实用新型公开了胶带输送机下运阻尼装置，包括H架和下托辊以及上胶带和下胶带；下托辊位于下胶带的下方并与下胶带传动连接；上胶带的下方设有增摩胶带；增摩胶带通过沉头螺栓固定安装在支架上；支架位于增摩胶带的下方；支架的两端通过调节螺栓安装在H架上；上胶带空载状态下，增摩胶带两端的上端面高于上胶带上端面的距离不小于0.5cm。本实用新型通过设置在上胶带下方的增摩胶带，可以实现在下运的胶带输送机满载时停车或胶带发生打滑，导致无法有效控制胶带的带速时，有效的控制带速，从而使胶带在允许的范围内停车；同时，也可以降低下运胶带输送机的设计功率，减少设备的成本和电费支出，也可以减少托辊的使用量，降低托辊的损耗。 |
