摘要:本发明涉及一种提高消化的狗粮的制备方法,属于宠物食品加工技术领域。本发明对桂圆、香峰叶及欧芹进行提取,随后再与榛仁、紫菜、蜂蜜及甘蓝进行发酵提取,在发酵过程中通过益生菌的作用,可以获得原料中的钙镁营养物质,再利用豆卵磷脂、血粉、荞麦面及添加剂与发酵物进行混合,通过豆卵磷脂、荞麦面来对犬类肠道内的胆碱进行补充,通过对胆碱的补充,增加对犬类肠道的保护,使用血粉在进行增补营养的同时,也增加了犬类进食的欲望,并且其中使用的添加剂丙酸钙、叶酸可以有效的对肠胃内的微生物进行调节,从而进一步促进消化,提高吸收及进食,从而有效解决了目前狗粮含有多种容易破坏消化系统和免疫系统,使犬类营养不良的问题。 | |
Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of dog food for improving digestion and belongs to the technical field of pet food processing. Longan, blue balm and parsley are extracted and then subjected to fermentation extraction with hazelnut kernels, porphyra tenera, honey and cabbage; calcium and magnesium nutrients in the raw materials can be obtained through the action of probiotics in the fermentation process; then bean lecithin, blood meal, buckwheat noodles and additives are mixed with a fermented product; choline in the intestinal tracts of dogs is supplemented by the bean lecithin and the buckwheat noodles, and the intestinal tracts of the dogs are protected by supplementing the choline. The blood meal is used for supplementing nutrition and improving the appetite of the dogs atthe same time, and meanwhile and the used additives such as calcium propionate and folic acid can effectively regulate microorganisms in the intestines and stomach, so that digestion is further promoted, absorption and appetite are improved, and therefore the problem is effectively solved that the dogs are malnourished since current dog food contains a variety of components which easily damage the digestive system and the immune system. | |

主权项 | 1.一种提高消化的狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)按质量比1:3~6:2,取桂圆、香峰叶及欧芹放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,收集粉碎物,将粉碎物、乙醇溶液按质量比1:3放入容器中,在40~45℃下进行超声震荡,过滤,收集滤液;(2)按重量份数计,取60~65份过滤液、30~35份营养液、23~25份雪里蕻、18~20份榛仁、15~17份紫菜、14~17份蜂蜜及13~15份甘蓝放入碾磨机中进行碾磨,收集碾磨物;(3)将碾磨物进行杀菌消毒,再与益生菌按质量比6~8:1,进行混合,放入发酵罐中,进行发酵,在发酵过程中,设定温度为33~40℃,控制发酵罐的通气量为0.5V/V·min‑1;(4)在发酵结束后,收集发酵混合物,进行压滤,收集压滤液,将压滤液、大豆卵磷脂、血粉、荞麦面及添加剂按质量比6:4:3:1~3:2混合均匀,放入制粒机中进行制粒,收集颗粒,即得提高消化的狗粮。 | ||||||||||||||||||
