摘要:本发明涉及一种基于黑磷烯的新型光固化导电涂料及其制备方法,按重量份数计,其成分为:光引发剂5.0~10.0份、黑磷烯8.0~15.0份、含有不饱和基团取代的聚噻吩10.0~15.0份、不饱和树脂65.0~80.0份、活性稀释剂10.0~30.0份、功能助剂0~10.0份。本发明的优点为:首次将黑磷烯应用于导电涂料领域;所述的光固化涂料在固化过程中,含有不饱和基团取代的聚噻吩参与光固化过程,同不饱和树脂、活性稀释剂一起聚合形成三维网状结构,为黑磷烯、聚噻吩单元之间提供了导电通道,所述涂料具有良好的导电性;所述的光固化导电涂料活性稀释剂参与光固化过程,无其它有机溶剂,更加环保、节能。 |

Abstract: The invention relates to a novel photo-curing conductive coating based on black phosphorene and a preparation method of same. The photo-curing conductive coating includes, by weight, 5.0-10.0 parts ofa photo-initiator, 8.0-15.0 parts of black phosphorene, 10.0-15.0 parts of polythiophene with substitution of unsaturated groups, 65.0-80.0 parts of unsaturated resin, 10.0-30.0 parts of an active diluent and 0-10.0 parts of a functional additive. In the invention, for the first time, the black phosphorene is applied to the field of conductive coatings; during curing of the photo-curing coating,the polythiophene with substitution of unsaturated groups participates in the photo-curing process, and is polymerized with the unsaturated resin and the active diluent to form a three-dimensional network structure, thus supplying conductive pathways to the black phosphorene and the polythiophene unit. The coating has excellent electric conductivity. In the coating, the active diluent also participates in the photo-curing process without any other organic solvents, so that the conductive coating is more environment-friendly and energy-saving. | |
