摘要:本发明涉热解炉。包括上部炉体、中部炉体和下部炉体,下部炉体上分别设有打散炉排和第一冷却风装置,打散炉排包括驱动装置和多个第一旋转齿辊,第一旋转齿辊上设有交错排列的排齿,第一旋转齿辊的轴端装有链轮,链轮之间通过链条相连接,链轮里侧安装带座轴承,将第一旋转齿辊固定在下部炉体上,驱动装置包括联轴器和减速电机,旋转齿辊通过联轴器与减速电机相连接,第一冷却风装置包括第一环形管道,第一环形管道装在下部炉体外侧,第一环形管道内侧均布有若干连通下部炉体内部的第一送风管道。本发明实现了热解炉的连续工作,燃烧后的灰渣实现了及时冷却,不需要停炉,保证生产的连续进行,能够对灰渣进行打散,解决了灰渣结块问题。

Abstract: The invention discloses a pyrolyzing furnace. The pyrolyzing furnace comprises an upper furnace body, a middle furnace body and a lower furnace body. The lower furnace body is provided with a scattering grate and a first cooling air device. The scattering grate comprises a drive device and a plurality first rotary tooth rollers. Each first rotary tooth roller is provided with discharging teeth which are arrayed in a stagger manner, the shaft ends of the first rotary tooth rollers are connected with chain wheels, the chain wheels are connected through a chain, mounted bearings are arranged on the inner sides of the chain wheels, and the first rotary tooth rollers are fixed to the lower furnace body. The drive device comprises a coupler and a gear motor, and the rotary tooth rollers are connected with the gear motor through the coupler. The first cooling air device comprises a first annular pipeline. The first annular pipeline is arranged on the outer side of the lower furnace body, and a plurality of first air supply pipelines communicating with the interior of the lower furnace body are evenly distributed on the inner side of the first annular pipeline. The pyrolyzing furnace achieves continuous work, burned slag is cooled in time, furnace shutdown is not needed, production continuity is guaranteed, the slag can be scattered, and the slag lumping problem is solved.
