摘要:本发明属于固载化氧钒(Ⅳ)配合物非均相催化剂技术领域,具体涉及一种固载化氨基苯酚型双齿席夫碱氧钒(Ⅳ)配合物催化剂的制备及其应用方法。首先使乙醛酸与氯球发生酯化反应,将醛基引入微球CPS表面,得到改性微球CPS?AG;再以间氨基苯酚为试剂,使改性微球CPS?AG表面的醛基发生席夫碱反应,从而制得了表面键合有氨基苯酚型双齿席夫碱配基的功能微球CPS?AGAP;最后, 使功能微球CPS?AGAP与硫酸氧钒发生配位螯合反应,得到表面固载有氨基苯酚型双齿席夫碱氧钒(Ⅳ)配合物的固体催化剂CPS?[VO(AGAP)2]。本发明制备的固体催化剂能够绿色高效地实现乙苯和环己醇被氧气的氧化。

Abstract: The invention specifically relates to preparation and application methods for an immobilized aminophenol type bidental Schiff base oxygen vanadium (IV) complex catalyst, belonging to the technical field of immobilized oxygen vanadium (IV) complex heterogeneous catalysts. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting glyoxalic acid and a chloromethylated polystyrene (CPS) microsphere to esterification to introduce an aldehyde group onto the surface of the CPS microsphere, thereby obtaining a modified microsphere CPS-AG; with m-aminophenol as a reagent, allowing the aldehyde group on the surface of the modified microsphere CPS-AG to undergo a Schiff base reaction so as to prepare a functional microsphere surface-bonded with aminophenol type bidental Schiff base ligand, i.e., CPS-AGAP; and finally, subjecting the functional microsphere CPS-AGAP and vanadyl sulfate to a coordination and chelation reaction so as to obtain a solid catalyst surface-immobilized with an aminophenol type bidental Schiff base oxygen vanadium (IV) complex, i.e., CPS-[VO(AGAP)2]. The solid catalyst prepared in the invention can highly efficiently realize oxidation of ethylbenzene and cyclohexanol by oxygen in an environment-friendly way.
