摘要:本发明公开了一种新型的库房管理系统,机柜(1)内部包括至少一个抽屉(3),抽屉(3)内部由隔板(4)分割成多个置物柜(5),被管理物品(6)放在置物柜(5)上,被管理物品(6)的背面的有源电子标签(7)通过2.4G无线通信网络向对应位置的机柜定位标签(8)发送小功率报文,机柜定位标签(8)通过485总线连接机柜采集器(9),机柜采集器(9)通过2.4G无线通信网络与读写器(10)进行通信,读写器(10)通过以太网络连接上位机(11)。本发明是基于有源电子标签开发而来,通过固定的机柜定位标签接收有源电子标签信号确定机房资产的准确位置,系统投资少,监管精度高。 | |
Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel warehouse management system. A cabinet (1) internally comprises at least one drawer (3); the inside of each drawer (3) is divided into a plurality of lockers (5) by separators (4); manged objects (6) are placed on the lockers (5); active electronic tags (7) on the backs of the managed objects (6) send low-power messages to cabinet positioning tags (8) at the corresponding positions by a 2.4G wireless communication network; the cabinet positioning tags (8) are connected with a cabinet acquisition device (9) by a 485 bus; the cabinet acquisition device (9) is communicated with a reader-writer (10) by the 2.4G wireless communication network; and the reader-writer (10) is connected with an upper computer (11) by an Ethernet network. The novel warehouse management system is developed on the basis of the active electronic tags; active electronic tag signals are received by the fixed cabinet positioning tags so as to determine the accurate positions of assets in a machine room; system investment is low; and monitoring accuracy is high. | |
