摘要:速分式污水处理系统施工工法:生活污水先由化粪池(10)沉淀、分解;将污水提至人工格栅井(12)内截留悬浮物;再经调节池(11)调节水量均衡水质并对污水预处理及反硝化处理;污水再经配水池(51)与速分生化池(4)间的导流墙(6)均匀流入速分生化池(4)内,速分生化池(4)内设曝气管(1)并填充速分生化球(7),通过速分生化球(7)填料表面的微生物新陈代谢作用降解污水中的污染物;处理后的水均匀导流至集水池(5);再导入中间水池(13);经石英砂过滤器(14)去除悬浮物后进入中水池(15),再提升至用水点(17)。本发明施工简单,占地面积小;自动化程度高,管理方便;运行成本低,经济和社会效益良好。

Abstract: A quick-separating-type sewage treatment system construction method includes following steps: (A) precipitating and decomposing domestic wastewater in a septic tank (10); (B) lifting the wastewater into an artificial grid well (12) for blocking suspended solids; (C) regulating water quantity and balancing water quality in a regulating tank (11) and performing pre-treatment and denitrification treatment to the wastewater; (D) enabling the wastewater to uniformly flow into a quick-separating bio-chemical tank (4) through a flow-guide wall (6) between a water distribution tank (51) and the quick-separating bio-chemical tank (4); (E) arranging an aeration pipe (1) and filling the quick-separating bio-chemical tank (4) with quick-separating bio-chemical balls (7) so that pollutants in wastewater can be degraded through metabolism of the microorganism on surfaces of the quick-separating bio-chemical balls (7); (F) uniformly guiding the treated water flow into a water collection tank (5); (G) guiding the water flow into an intermediate tank (13); (H) removing suspended solids through a quartz sand filter (14), feeding the water into a reclaimed water tank (15) and (I) finally lifting the water to a water consumption point (17). The method is simple in construction. The system is less in occupied area, is high in automation degree, is convenient to manage, is low in operation cost and is excellent in economical and social benefits.
