摘要:本实用新型公开了一种用于调节测井仪器工作的环境温度的制冷装置,包括温控电路以及由导热材料制成的外部壳体和内部壳体;所述内部壳体位于外部壳体所围成的腔室内,所述内部壳体所围成的腔室用于放置测井仪器,在所述内部壳体与外部壳体之间设置有由半导体制冷片、导热膜和隔热膜组成的单向导热层,导热方向由内部壳体传导至外部壳体;所述温控电路连接半导体制冷片,根据采集到的内部壳体所围成的腔室内温度调节半导体制冷片的供电电流,以改变半导体制冷片的导热量。本实用新型的制冷装置可以盛装任何一种非接触式的精密测井仪器,并使该类测井仪器能够工作在仪器所要求的工作温度范围内,确保了测井仪器工作的安全性。

Abstract: The utility model discloses a refrigeration device for adjusting temperature of working environment of a logging instrument. The refrigeration device comprises a temperature control circuit, an outer shell body and an inner shell body, wherein the outer shell body and the inner shell body are made of heat conduction materials. The inner shell body is arranged in a chamber encircled by the outer shell body. A chamber encircled by the inner shell body is used for placing the logging instrument. A single-way heat conduction layer composed of a semiconductor refrigeration piece, a heat conduction film and a heat insulating film is arranged between the inner shell body and the outer shell body. The heat conduction direction conducts from the inner shell body to the outer shell body. The temperature control circuit is connected with the semiconductor refrigeration piece. Power supply current of the semiconductor refrigeration piece is adjusted according to collected temperature of the chamber encircled by the inner shell body so as to change heat conduction quantity of the semiconductor refrigeration piece. Any kind of non-contact type precise logging instrument can be placed in the refrigeration device and work in a required operating temperature range, and therefore working safety of the logging instrument is guaranteed.
