摘要：本实用新型公开了一种起重机拉索张紧装置,它包括分别与主支撑和主臂其中之一铰接的液压缸,与主支撑和主臂剩余之一铰接的活塞杆,液压缸的无杆腔与油箱管连接,所述的管路上设有保持液压缸的无杆腔的液压油不回流油箱的单向阀。它采用自吸式原理,当起吊大吨位起重量时,液压缸伸长,拉索张紧;卸荷后,液压缸无杆腔的油由于单向阀的作用不能流回油箱,油缸保持原长,所以拉索一直张紧,和吊装重物时的状态一致。张紧装置的使用有效地扩大了副臂的起升角度,增大了整机的作业范围。

Abstract： The utility model discloses a guy cable tensioning device of a crane, which comprises a hydraulic cylinder separately hinged with one of a main supporter and a main arm and a piston rod hinged with the other one of the main supporter and the main arm, wherein a non-rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with an oil tank pipe, and a one-way valve which can keep hydraulic oil in the non-rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder not reflowing to an oil tank. The utility model adopts a self-suction type principle, when large-tonnage hoisting duty is lifted, the hydraulic cylinder extends and the guy cable is tensioned; after unloading, oil in the non-rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder can not reflow to the oil tank under the action of the one-way valve and an oil cylinder keep the original length thereof. Therefore, the guy cable is always tensioned and lies in a consistent state with the hoisted heavy objects, and the use of the tensioning device effectively enlarges the hoisting angle of an auxiliary arm and increases the operational range of the whole crane.
