摘要:涉及用于离子色谱仪的信号采集与处理装置。设有脉冲产生电路;电导池,两电极接脉冲电路输出端;弱信号放大电路,输入端接电导池;采样保持电路,输入端接弱信号放大电路输出端;二次放大电路,输入端接采样保持电路输出端;A/D采集电路,多路采集开关电路输入端接二次放大电路输出端;单片机处理电路,输入接口接A/D采集电路输出端,控制信号输出端口接A/D采集电路多路开关;输出显示电路,输入端接单片机输出接口。采用脉冲信号激励和同步多点采样,利用电导电极在溶液中的等效电路,求解其对脉冲响应的数学方程,可同时得到溶液电导与双层电容值,扩大电导检测器的测量范围。适应组分浓度比相差很大的样品分析。防止外界干扰和误操作对仪器的损坏。

Abstract: The signal acquiring and processing device includes pulse generating circuit, conducting pool with two electrodes connected to the output of the pulse generating circuit, weak signal amplifying circuit, sampling and holding circuit, secondary amplifying circuit, A/D sampling circuit, monochip computer processing circuit, and output display circuit connected together. The present invention adopts pulse signal excitation and sync multi-point sampling, and utilizes the equivalent circuit of conducting electrode in solution to solve pulse responding math equation, obtain solution conductivity and double-layer capacitance value and expand the detection range of the conducting detector. The present invention is suitable for the sample analysis with great component concentration ratio, and can avoid outer interference and instrument damage caused by maloperation.
